Medical Photography:
Born with Congenital Constriction Ring Syndrome in Jabalpur, Bihar, this child waited for 15 years to travel to Delhi due to financial constraints when the treatment in his nearby hospital proved futile. He is one in 15,000 and has developed severe lymphedema in ipsilateral limb and has absent toes in contralateral limb since birth. Unable to travel to school due to the weight in his limb and stuck in class 4th since last 5 years, he is excited on the prospects of returning to school once his limb is amputated.
